    General tips

Below we present issues related to the office use rules. If you can’t find something, let us know or have a look at your contract.

WHAT CAN BE CHANGED IN YOUR OFFICE?

If you relocate to another facility, the office should be restored to its original state. Any modifications should be able to be reversed.

Without special permission, you are allowed to:

Hang posters, pictures, signs, TVs on the walls (as long as they can’t be seen from outside).

With a special permission, you are allowed to:

    Place stickers on glass doors.

    Install hanging decorations.

    Exchange of blinders.

Paint walls and lay structural plaster, etc.

    Make changes to flooring.

    Make changes regarding floor outlets.

    Make changes to intercom.

Make changes to existing office equipment.

Make changes that cannot be undone prior to moving out.

Make changes that are not necessary for the functionality of a given room.

    WHAT CANNOT BE DONE?

You cannot make changes if you have not obtained written permission to make it. You also cannot make changes to windows.

    Office renovation

If you fancy a little renovation, we don’t mind! However, to make sure the formalities are completed, the building manager should approve the detailed design and agree with you on the work schedule. If the works are quiet and do not disrupt the building’s operation, they can take place during office hours. If some heavy impact is required, the renovation should be scheduled between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays. At the weekend, the choice of hours depends entirely on your arrangements with the contractor.

    Pro tip

Report the renovation work to the property manager by email, submitting an approval form. It can be started once your permission is confirmed.

    Common areas

Freedom in your own home!. Still, not where employees of different companies meet. Apart from the examples given in the branding section, you must not display any signs, information, flags, posters, adverts etc. in common areas. This applies to windows, doors, corridors and other shared parts of the building unless you are given special permission. To get it, make sure that everything you want to put in common areas is unobtrusive and fits in with the surroundings.
