    Access cards

    How do I get my access cards?

    Before your company moves into the A4 Business Park complex, inform the property manager about the number of access cards needed and the rights to be assigned to them. The cards will be issued to your company. For security reasons, it must be possible to identify users, so you should keep internal records to ensure that, if necessary, you can easily assign a pass number to its user.

    You will receive the cards from the technical manager upon handover of the premises.

    Cards design

    You will receive cards from the technical manager and should not modify them in any way. If you stick something on them, they may not work properly.

    Issuing new cards

    You don’t need to worry about the exact number of access cards your company initially needs to have – we can always issue more! You can request them by sending an e-mail to property manager. The request should contain all the data necessary to program them.


    Pro tip

    Should you need to modify the details on your access card or wish to obtain a new card, please contact the authorised person in the administration department of your company. Only this person is authorised to request this from the property manager.


    Access management

    Each card can be programmed to give you access to different areas, such as locker room or dedicated office access hours. Choose what you need and customise the card to suit you!

    CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    Provide property manager with an e-mail request to modify access data on the access card.

    Don’t forget to include the serial number of the card you want to modify.


    STEP 2

    Changes will be implemented as soon as possible.

    Lost or damaged card

    One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to property manager immediately to block access. The cost of issuing a new card is paid by the tenant.

    ACCESS CARD REPLACEMENT STEP BY STEP

    STEP 1

    Provide the property manager with an e-mail request to deactivate a damaged or lost card.

    A lost or damaged card will be automatically blocked.


    STEP 2

    How long you have to wait for a new card depends solely on the provisions in your tenancy agreement.
